Referral Bonus

Tomko Consulting, Incorporated is always interested in bringing in new, talented individuals. To encourage the growth of our company, we encourage our employees to network with their friends and peers to seek out the best and brightest in the industry and bring them to our attention. To encourage our employees further, we have created an incentive plan for employee referrals.

Employees of Tomko Consulting, Incorporated are eligible for a bonus of $4,000.00 USD for referal of other qualified candidates. The bonus is paid when the candidate is hired and remains under the employ of Tomko Consulting, Incorporated for 6 months. There is no limit to the number of candidates that can be referred. However, no money is paid if the candidate is not hired.
