"I just wanted to take a minute to tell you what a wonderful job Mike Sango and Paul Tomko did to help The Biltmore Bank of Arizona complete the migration from Guaranty Bank to the Horizon Data Center in Los Angeles. Both of them spent many hours working on the project and making sure that everything worked as it should. There were connectivity issues and statement print issues that took a great deal of their time and effort. Last night we severed the last connections to Guaranty and Mike was available after hours to make the IP address changes for us and again this morning he was available to make sure that everything worked as it should.
