Bonus Plan
In order to encourage our employees to give their best efforts to our clients,
we have based our bonus plan on the number of billable hours worked in a
given quarter. We base a work year on 2080 hours. Each quarter is then 520
hours. The bonus plan is broken down in the following table:

| 572 | 110 | 20 |
Percentages represent percent of quarterly income. The maximum quarterly
bonus is limited to 20% because we do not wish to encourage our employees
to overwork themselves. For hourly employees, the bonus amount is determined
by the hourly rate multiplied by 520 hours.
